FinalForms Parent Login GET HELP WITH FINALFORMS

• If this is your first time using FinalForms, select the "Never logged in?" link at the bottom of the login box. Enter the email address you have on file with your school (this is the same email address where you receive emails from your school and TPS) to confirm your account. If you need to update your email address please contact your school's office.
• If you forget your password, select the "Forgot your password?" link. You will receive a secure link via email to confirm account.
• Homeschool, Charter or Private School students must contact the athletic director at their school of residence in order to initiate a FinalForms account.
• Tacoma Online, SAMI, SOTA & IDEA students must participate in sports at their home school of residence.
