Athletics registration for the 2022-2023 season is now open to all middle school and high school students through our registration system, FinalForms. Students and guardians received an email from FinalForms on May 16 inviting them to register for the 2022-2023 season. If you did not receive an invitation, you may need to update your email address on file by emailing studentlife@tacoma.12.wa.us. 

FinalForms is an online forms and data management service which allows parents and students to complete and sign athletic participation forms. FinalForms saves your data, so you won’t need to enter the same information twice. It also allows you to easily upload photos of required documentation. All students will use their student ID email (12345@TPS10.org) as a username and will create their own password. 

To participate in athletics, students must:  

• Complete required FinalForms registration (including proof of required medical insurance). The registration deadline for fall sports is Sept. 12.
• Submit a current sports physical exam (valid for 13 months) 
• Maintain academic eligibility (2.0 GPA or better and pass 5 of 6 classes: see related School Board policy) 

Students enrolled in Tacoma Online, homeschool, a charter school or private school must contact the athletic director at their school of residence in order to initiate a FinalForms account.
